Welcome to the 2017 IUPUI Swim Camp!

The IU Natatorium, on the campus of IUPUI, is proud to provide an outstanding opportunity for competitive swimmers. Our Swim Camp focuses on body alignment, tone and posture as it applies to swimming as well as a healthy lifestyle. The camp will be led by University of Indianapolis Head Coach Jason Hite. Campers will learn drills that are designed to improve the four competitive strokes. Coaches will provide feedback during all sessions of camp and each athlete will leave camp with video analysis of each of the four strokes.

Who:
This Camp is open to any and all participants within the grade levels listed below. Entering 4th – 8th grade in the 2017-18 school year and able to swim the length of the pool using at least 2 of the competitive strokes.

June 12 – 16, 2017

Times:
830am – 12pm, before and after care is not available for this camp

Ages:
The camp is open to any participants within the grade level of 4th - 8th grade.

Equipment:
Swimsuit, Towel, Goggles, Water Bottle, and Dry Land Clothes


The Staff:

Leading the camp will be Jason Hite, Head Coach of University of Indianapolis Swimming & Diving. Jason just completed his 2nd year at UIndy. The Greyhound Men finished 15th at the 2016 NCAA DII Nationals. Additional, other UIndy coaches and swimmers will join the coaching staff.
